Email info@swanklabsgames.com and tell us what happened. Bug reports go a lot faster when they include:
Which game, and the build or version number from the title screen.
Your device and operating system.
What you were doing when it went wrong. A clip or screenshot is ideal.
For account or billing questions about CONQR, write to info@runconqr.com instead, that inbox has the account tools.
Feature requests are welcome and we do read them all. We rarely promise dates.

Privacy
We collect as little as we can get away with, and we do not sell your personal information. Switchback does show rewarded advertising through Google AdMob to players who have not bought the full game, with the consent controls described in its statement. There are two statements, because a website and a game handle very different things:
Analytics, hosting logs, and the consent choice you make on these pages.
Saves, advertising and consent, Game Center and Play Games, purchases and crash reports.
Either way, ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at support@swanklabsgames.com.

Using this site
This site is provided as-is. We update it often and things may change or disappear without notice.
Our stuff
Game names, art, music and code belong to Swank Labs LLC. You are welcome to stream, record and monetise videos of our games, including on a channel you earn money from. Please do not sell our assets or ship them in your own product.
Purchases
Games and add-ons are sold through the store you bought them from, currently the Apple App Store and Google Play, and refunds are governed by that store's own policy rather than by us. We cannot process a refund for a purchase we did not take payment for, but tell us what went wrong and we will help where we can.
Liability
This site and our games are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, Swank Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or our games. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, and some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this may not apply.
